  • To put it simply, just add your favorite piece to your cart and follow the next steps. We ship globally, however the shipping rates differ based on where you live. The lead times are usually within 6-8 weeks.

    If you are unsure about what you want, we are here to help you. There is an enquiry form that you can fill in and we will get back to you asap. Please follow us on instagram, because we often post short videos from our pieces to give you a better understanding of what our pieces are like. 

    If the piece that you are interested in is sold, then get in touch with us directly and we will inform you whether it is possible to reproduce it or not. 

    Please remember, we can’t accept returns because all our pieces are handmade specifically for you. 

    Falling in love with a piece and don’t have much time…

    If you've fallen in love with something on our website and your wedding day is fast approaching, get in touch as we may still be able to help you. However please keep in mind that rush orders may cost you an additional fee. 

  • Expected lead times for each order are normally within 6-8 weeks. However lead times may vary depending on the design and sourcing of materials. We recommend that you keep in touch with us at least 10 weeks prior to your wedding day. Your headpiece/veil is costumised uniquely for you, so please allow enough time for us to prepare it for your big day. We can provide you with an accurate lead time once your order is finalised, contact us for more information. 

    All accessories are immaculately packaged in one of our bespoke Magnolia in Bloom boxes so that they arrive to you safely and can be treasured for years to come.

  • As each Hairpiece and Veil is a unique, handcrafted creation tailored specifically for you, we prioritise quality and customer satisfaction. Given the delicate nature of our pieces, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction, offering fittings prior to final delivery for all special orders.

    A selection of our hairpieces and veils is available to try on. You can make an appointment here and get a chance to try on their beautifully designed wedding dresses as well. 

  • At Magnolia in Bloom, our focus is crafting elegant handmade accessories from high quality silk fabrics. They are produced with love and care to elevate your bridal look. All pieces are delicate, thus they should be handled with care. Please follow our guidelines to ensure they last a lifetime:

    Hair Accessories 

    Store your hair accessories in the closed box and tissue paper provided.

    Try to avoid hairspray or other hair products making contact with your accessories as this can stain the fabric.

    In order to create a delicate soft piece, we try to use chemicals as least as possible, thus the only way to clean your beloves piece is dry-cleaning.  

    Veils

    Please avoid ironing your veil when you receive it. Upon wearing it, steam your veil and either hang it or spread it on the flat surface. Your veil is a delicate piece of tulle and it can be damaged or even torn very easily; therefore, it should be handled with extra care.

    If you are using an iron ensure it is on a low heat setting and place a clean piece of fabric (i.e. pillowcase) on top of the veil as you iron to protect the delicate fabric. 

    After your wedding day, we advise dry cleaning your veil and storing it back in the box and tissue paper provided.m description
